Celtic Mystery Quilt week 4

This block is a little easier (nice for the week before Christmas) - however I didn't get too far along with all the other time commitments, but looking forward to finishing this and the new block to be revealed tomorrow!

My accomplishment this week are the four quilts donated to my Silicon Valley Quilts for Kids chapter.  I'm having so much fun with this group.

Celtic Solstice Mystery Quilt - Week 3

These were a little faster and very cute!

Did find some more fabrics to add to the variety as I'm going for the "scrappy" look Bonnie suggested!

Looking forward to the next clue on the eve of Winter Soltice.

Week 2 progress - still sewing, but loving these little blocks

Mystery Quilt week #1 progress

So excited to be working on my first Mystery Quilt, Bonnie Hunter's (aka Quiltville) Celtic Solstice Mystery Quilt.  Making the small size, which will be a Quilt For Kids donation - should be nice and bright with her color scheme and the fabrics I chose!

Here are my first blocks for week 1 - off to the ironing board to press them...

Care to join the fun - check it out!
